Introduction to automatic continuous frying line:
The continuous frying line is highly automated. It is composed of automatic and manual lifting system, unique product conveying system, slag removal system, heating system, oil circulation system, smoke exhaust system, electric control system, etc. It is safe, convenient and sanitary, and is the ideal equipment for food processing plants.
It is applicable to medium and large fried food processing enterprises, and widely used in fried food processing such as meat, fried chicken wings, meat products, fried rice, aquatic products, vegetables, pasta, etc.
The manufacturer of this series of frying assembly line gives high evaluation.
The equipment uses electricity, coal, heat transfer oil or natural gas as heating energy, and the whole machine is made of special materials for food machinery.
It is easy to operate, safe, easy to clean, convenient to maintain and save fuel consumption. All products are conveyed by mesh belt or hook with frequency conversion or electromagnetic speed regulation. The internal use of advanced oil-water mixing technology or all-oil filtration technology has completely changed the structure of traditional frying equipment, fundamentally removed the disadvantages of traditional fryers, and thus led to the new fashion of food in the new century.
The continuous frying line has high degree of automation, high efficiency, high output and high quality of fried products. It is the ideal equipment for medium and large fried food processing enterprises.
